When losing your 2FA device, follow the below steps to disable it and recover your account:
- Send an email to Support@yallabit.com requesting to disable the 2FA from your account.
- Take a selfie with a note that says (Disable 2FA) along with today's date written on it and attach it to the email.
The relevant department will notify you via email once the 2FA feature is disabled from your account.
